Thermal Oxidizer Rentals

Our thermal oxidizer rental systems work with natural gas or propane, are available in a range of capacities, and operate independent of your operation due to fully automated and integrated control packages. All systems are trailer or skid-mounted for ease of mobility. We also offer commissioning, start-up, and operators.

Our minimum lease term is one (1) month. If you’re unsure how long you’ll need the rental, you can start with a 30-day lease and renew it on a month-to-month basis.

CEF-5 Rental Thermal Oxidizer

Our CEF-5 system can handle both low VOC-contaminated streams at <50% LEL, and high-VOC streams at >50% LEL. It operates completely independent of your process and is equipped with an enable-disable signal interface in the system control panel. The unit and controls can also be converted to operate with a catalyst module insert, which lowers the required combustion temperature and fuel cost.

CEF-10 Rental Thermal Oxidizer

Our CEF-10 system is designed to accommodate high-energy process discharge streams with excess air for combustion and can handle process gas capacities up to 10 MMBTU/h. These CEF-10 systems offer >99% Destruction Rate Efficiency, high turndown capabilities, a fully integrated burner management system, thermocouple temperature control, and a PLC with customizable instrumentation package.
