On-site Training Tailored to Your System

PolSys provides comprehensive, onsite training on the maintenance and operation of all makes and models of air pollution control equipment, burners/gas trains, and control systems. Our training is tailored to your specific system and operational issues, and is focused on maximizing system reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Our trainers are seasoned field technicians with years of hands-on experience solving problems on site across a wide range of applications.

We provide site-specific, system-specific training for:

• Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs)
• Thermal Oxidizers (including direct-fired, recuperative, and catalytic)
• Wet Scrubbers
• Burners/gas trains
• Industrial control systems

Instruction is designed to give your operators & maintenance team the vital knowledge they need to:

• Assess whether equipment is operating properly
• Provide basic preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating properly
• Assess potential “high failure” components
• Troubleshoot common failures
• Understand and guard against potential compliance failures
• Optimize system performance for your unique application and process conditions

We can also assist them in creating a reliability improvement plan to help prevent costly downtime.

Training programs are tailored to your needs and are offered hands-on at your facility or at our offices in the Houston, Texas area. Training sessions can be purchased individually or can be included as an added component of one of our customized Rapid Response Service Agreements or in combination with system installation, start-up and/or commissioning.
